The 'People didn't like it, let's remove it' mentality has to dissapear Posted: 24 Nov 2019 01:36 PM PST Ghost games tries to make things better from game to game, at least it seems like it. But this mentality showed up a couple of times, for example: 'Oh you don't like the constant raining in nfs 2015? Let's remove it for payback'. But the bigger one is the removal of game modes. In 2015, gymkhana sucked, it was just drift trial events with a time limit. Yeah it was fun, some tracks were hard to master, but it wasn't gymkhana. So they removed it for payback, but they came up with a proper gymkhana mode calld speedcross. They were really fun, but just not enough races were in the game. I hope it returns to heat in a even better way. They did all this with drift too. Especially drift is annoying me. They removed drift train, because people complained about the stupid AI. Again, they maybe couldn't fix it enough, so they removed it. I also disliked that, it should maybe only be available for co-op, where it is much easier. But why the heck did they remove all other modes for payback and now for heat too? We only habe drift trial events. Why remove drift contest? It's not like the AI was so annoying. Also togue and the other one i can't remember were great modes. Also, why can't drift against my buddy online or compare my records on certain tracks with his? They habe enough space to put in unnacesary big pictures in the info of a race but not its lenght, lap count or records. That is just stupid. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 24 Nov 2019 11:53 PM PST Wouldnt it be cool to be able to walk around the garage? I miss the days of TDU where you could buy houses and garages and put whatever you want in there and walk around looking at your cars. This NFS game is by far my favorite of recent years and I believe has potential to become an all time favorite game but, I think this is one key piece personally atleast that would help. Sure we buy these games to race and have fun but, honestly, we also buy these games to live out our dreams. We are all gearheads and we dream of owning so many cars customized exactly to our liking. This game really makes that an option and even has a cool garage to display 8 of them! I think the idea of being able to walk around and see them all from different angles would make this dream feel that much more real rather than just selecting through the cars. Thoughts?
