Overall, the Mclaren F1 is a welcome addition to NFS Heat, but it does have some problems. Posted: 10 Mar 2020 02:53 PM PDT In all honesty, I am glad that the Mclaren F1 made its return to NFS as the paid DLC car for this NFS Heat update. One of the biggest reasons for me being glad about the F1 is that the visual customization is rather extensive, with body parts from other variants of the car, such as the LM or the GTR longtail/standard tail, and a Khyzyl Saleem body kit as well (which I actually like for the most part beaides the spoiler). This extensive customization makes creating several variants of the car all the more fun. However, the F1 DLC still has its problems. The first of some problems is the woefully inaccurate engine sound. Remember when the F1 had a signature engine sound we all know and love? Sadly it's not in the game and the F1 sounds like a cross between the Murcielago and Aventador S instead. Another problem is the abysmally inaccurate stock top speed, where the real deal hit 240 MPH but this only tops out at 221 MPH at stock. Perhaps the biggest problem is the absurdly steep price tag of $5, which is way too much for just one car, and I would rather prefer it at around $2 to $3. And the fact that some of the parts are locked behind time-consuming challenges that can only be completed with this exact car seriously bugs me as well. Overall, I do enjoy the Mclaren F1 DLC a lot, but it would be even better if all these problems end up fixed in the next update or so. [link] [comments]
Anyone else miss the freeway/highway feel from NFS Most Wanted/Carbon/World? Posted: 10 Mar 2020 08:22 AM PDT Hwy 99 from Most Wanted and Hwy 142 from Carbon come to mind, and I kinda wish the freeway in NFS Heat was similar. [link] [comments]

Questions regarding height heat races Posted: 10 Mar 2020 10:43 PM PDT Is it possible for night heat races to award parts you already have and is it possible to get ultimate plus parts from heat level 3 races [link] [comments]
Posted: 10 Mar 2020 03:04 PM PDT They are too slow, I really want them to be as aggressive as when you use your starter car. They can't keep up at all. If there are people who want easy cops (for some reason), there should be an difficulty option where the harder the difficulty the bigger the rewards and harder the cops. Thoughts? Posted: 10 Mar 2020 06:44 PM PDT I just jumped in to try the Black Market update... I got the DB11 Volante and then I saw the new objectives which were to do a new race and to get 2 stars on 3 specific speed traps or something. But after I did the race, the objectives disappeared from the menu and there's no indication of what to do next. I have no idea what speed traps are required. Am I missing something? Posted: 10 Mar 2020 08:14 PM PDT Don't know if this issue has been mention already but I've been in the same crew since launch of the game. When I decided to finally purchase the mclaren, it shows its lock. I'm been lvl 50 still to this day. What can I do to resolve this issue? [link] [comments]
What other classic-era track would you like to see remade into a wider location? Posted: 10 Mar 2020 06:49 PM PDT With Ghost Games "remade" Palm City Island (from Hot Pursuit 2) for Heat, as part of NFS' 25th anniversary, this also sparks my ideas of having classic tracks remade into a giant location. What tracks or locations from classic-era NFS games would you like "new" Criterion to remake? My guess would be likely Empire City. Good enough to be a sandbox location. [link] [comments]

Posted: 10 Mar 2020 04:51 PM PDT So I'm pretty much complete with the game and was wondering if any of you wanted to do something like a drag tournament, game of tag within the city, cat and mouse or other small games like that together PS4 Comment below if you want in 😁 [link] [comments] |
