- We got bullied by the battlefield community so hard
- Made some PBR shaders for NFSMW cause why not
- "Turn right to go left"
- Made a Peak Antifreeze R32 wrap in Heat that I am actually proud enough to display here. Anyone else like making old school NASCAR wraps? The Driver’s name is above the door, hope you all enjoy!

- Felt a bit photogenic
- Felix mate... you alright?
- Safe to say my Subaru and Gaskins' Concept Camaro were quite evenly matched.
- List/history of licensed traffic vehicles used since 2010 in NFS Franchise
- I started playing heat and hated this
- Today I learned that the AMG GT can't reach 400+ on stock engine while the 1990 Mustang Foxbody can. Add that to the infinite list of questionable design choices made by Ghost.
- Slightly Mad Studios quote on quote "NFS killer", everyone...
- Grip driving in Heat appears to have no nuance to it--you either grip perfectly or you drift every corner.
- Does anyone know if there are any shops in Salisbury Maryland (United States) for NFS: Most Wanted (2005)
- Is it NFS Heat good?
- Wait for it.... Btw what is this car made of??? Ghost spirits?
- Where’s all the music?
- NFS Payback is $4 if you have PS Plus
- I haven’t been playing HEAT since its release. Has been anything substantial added to it, or it’s just those two cars?
- If You Had To MAX OUT Only ONE Car in NFS 2015...which one and why?
- (NFS heat) what exactly traction control do??
- How can I change Need for Speed: Most Wanted blacklist preset cars?

Posted: 27 May 2020 11:27 AM PDT I'm sorry if this is a common complaint--it probably is--but a few months ago a friend convinced me to buy Heat and I did so, then shelved it until yesterday after finishing the tutorial. I've played a few hours more and I want to like the handling, but something about it really bugs me: there's nuance to it. If you set up your car for grip driving, for instance, then you appear to have literally perfect grip through every corner and never lose traction unless you force it with the ebrake. This...just isn't how blackbox NFS games controlled. The cars in those games behaved in a way reminiscent of real-life cars--they gripped until their tires couldn't handle the speed/angle, and then began to smoothly drift. Heat's cars...don't. They either are F1 grip monsters or D1 drift kings with seemingly no nuance (the fact that Ghost, when they talk about it, appear to view "grip" and "drift" as two separate things and not the same phenomenon on a spectrum is already slightly worrying). You can very clearly tell this in how cars artificially kick out when you start drifting instead of smoothly entering a slide, no matter how slight the drift is. My RX7 in the game currently has 315HP--that is MORE than enough to overcook the tires with too much gas or input, but when tuned for grip (downforce to the max, race suspension/tires, traction control on), then it just point-and-shoots in an honestly pretty unfulfillingly simplistic way. I still like the game, but....rrrrrgh. It's been, what, four titles and Ghost still uses this bizarre handling system. It feels like a substandard system awkwardly kludged and banged enough with a hammer to sort of approximate a better one, than an actually solid foundation. [link] [comments]

Posted: 27 May 2020 09:35 AM PDT I've played NFS until the Carbon, and I'am thinking of playing it again, and so would like to know what you guts think about the Need For Speed Heat? [link] [comments]

Posted: 27 May 2020 07:10 PM PDT I've been playing Heat for a few weeks and I saw online that there's 70+ different songs for the in game soundtrack. And my question is, Where tf are they? I play for hours spamming the d pad for new tracks only to cycle through the same 6 different reggaeton and electro songs, I'm not even exaggerating. Am I doing something wrong? NFS Payback is $4 if you have PS Plus Posted: 27 May 2020 06:11 PM PDT I haven't played a NFS game since the old school Underground 1 and 2. I picked this up since I saw the price, and I think it's amazing. It looks great, the offroad part is fun as hell, and its probably the best $4 I've ever spent. [link] [comments]

How can I change Need for Speed: Most Wanted blacklist preset cars? Posted: 27 May 2020 08:25 AM PDT I just recently started modding NFS:MW and I have a question. Is there any way to change blacklist members's preset cars? [link] [comments]
Heat: if nighttime rewards were relevant in the endgame, what would you play most in? Posted: 27 May 2020 03:40 AM PDT Thought that developers for the future Need for Speed title might consider daytime over nighttime just because there are more people at daytime in Heat. But we all know, that currently, there is little to do in nighttime once player/crew reaches level 50 and ultimate+ parts are unlocked. So, what time would you choose the most to play in?
