As I much as I dislike Criterion their damage systems were basically perfect, of course coming from the Creators of 'Burnout', which focus heavily on health and crashing, it would be expected. But Heat? Yikes. I'm sorry but hitting a guard rail should not do more damage than being t-boned by a Rhino.
