NFS Heat: Build of the week #7 Posted: 13 Jan 2020 10:50 AM PST Hello there! Before we get into it: I know you're all eagerly awaiting an Under the Hood article and an Update. Both are in the works, but there's also enough time for a Build of the Week. Back to BotW: Not sure what it's like for you, but here in Sweden it's still fairly mild for January, and it hasn't been snowing in a while. So if the weather doesn't feel like it, we might as well get creative - and build our own Winterwonderland. That's it - show us your interpretation of Wintertime, and we'll be working on things behind the scenes in the meantime. Instant Depreciation: Why do cars look immediately beat? Posted: 13 Jan 2020 06:36 PM PST Ghost, love you, but like, please nerf... the air... or something. Thirty seconds after leaving the garage, my cars are covered in scuffs and other bullshit. From driving slowly on the street. I can go to the nearest race, and in all the hype intros, my car looks like crap. Please, we all put a lot of time toward making our cars look great. How about nerfing whatever brutal environmental factors keep scuffing up our cars immediately? What do you think of NFS 2015? Posted: 13 Jan 2020 08:39 PM PST I know it divided a lot of opinion, but I really enjoyed the drifting and great amount of tuning you could do in it. In Heat, there is a very limited amount of tuning you can do to cars. For example, my favourite car to use in NFS 2015 was the Skyline R32. In Heat, no amount of the very limited tuning can get the car to the standard I had it in 2015. It cannot inertia drift at all no matter what you do to it and you cannot maintain long, wide drifts with it. In fact, I still find myself coming back to 2015 often despite it being an (almost) 5 year old game and owning Payback and Heat. My most used car in it is probably the pictured R32 or the Mazda RX7. The drifting never stops being fun! What are the best engines in the game? Infinite loading screens Posted: 13 Jan 2020 10:26 PM PST So I'm on Ps4 and for whatever reason when I try to do any crew time trials I get stuck watching the loading forever. Are they ever going to update the game to fix the game breaking bugs? My friend lost 10 levels and all his money from a bug. I love the game, I just wish I could actually play it. Need For Speed: Heat – Tip For Doing Jumps & Other Activities Posted: 13 Jan 2020 02:45 PM PST When trying to get 3 stars on a jump, or anything that requires speed when you're not in a race, you can get a free nitrous. You can do this by using a nitro, going into the pause menu, going to the Garage tab, going into Performance, then switching to another nitro. If you 100% prefer the one nitro that you're using, you can use it, switch to 1 x 12 nitro for example, and then switch back to your preferred nitro. You can't use this glitch during a race, which is the only activity that I've found that you can't go into the Performance menu, and thus the glitch can't be done. Now that I've posted this, if not removed, you better use this to your advantage to complete jumps and other activities easily before the Developers patch it. submitted by /u/iiEco-Ryan3166 [link] [comments]
