    The whole premise of the game was about the cops illegally impounding cars and selling them on the black market. But why was the player immune to getting impounded? Plus it would be nice to finally have real consequences for getting busted again.

    Also you should be able to earn more strikes for each car, like up to 5, maybe through high heat races or story missions. Losing all cars would result in a game over. Something that was possible only in 3 or 4 Need for Speed games.

    I feel like the games have gotten too casual and Ghost was afraid to make another hardcore game. It has really been hard for me to move on from Carbon and Most Wanted.

    Large scale elimination game modes

    I think a cool way to get a lot of people to race each other in a short time span is a knockout bracket-style racing mode for online or singleplayer racing. Say, you join a large pool of 128 cars, and you 1v1 in a specified event type until a winner is crowned. People could spectate other heats, place wagers, view other opponents' cars before the tournament etc... Because in heat, the largest a lobby can possibly be is 12 people, but this is because the game has to load each individual car in and around the game world. However, if we shrink the playable space, have multiple smaller lobbies work in tandem, and have a pseudo-championship going where players can spectate and place wagers, you can get a bigger experience out of a less capable multiplayer setup. This idea can be further expanded into mini impromptu challenges, making future games feel less isolated and lonely. This is similar to a generic battle royale mode, but the idea of breaking larger groups into smaller connected lobbies I think is still a smart way to have big competitions without going over budget, so to speak. Nfs is about cool cars, and now more than ever, modern car culture. We should be able to experience some form of large gathering to further expand the fantasy

    I'm really enjoying the game, love all the cars and customization but I can't STAND how cringe the story line is. Acting is so terrible I don't even pay attention to these cutscenes anymore.

    It's kinda weird that No Limits gets Bugatti but neither Payback nor Heat have them.

    I was browsing apps on the Play Store when I saw the newest No Limits update added the Bugatti la Voiture Noire. If I'm not mistaken the game also has the Chiron already. However neither Payback nor Heat have the Bugs.

    Kinda weird.

    Is it worth it? I know its on sale but its still a lot of money for me... is the multiplayer good? (With randoms, not with friends) is there actually a lot of things to do for like at least 150 hours of gameplay?

    Looking for recommendations on which game to get

    Hey,The last NFS game I really played for an extensive amount of time was NFS Hot Persuit on PS1/PSX , I dabbled for a short time with NFS world , and really liked the open world experience, but due to bandwidth limitations was not able to get too far with it. With all the different titles over the years it seems a bit daunting in trying to find the ideal one to play next.I know I really enjoy modifying cars in terms of looks, and I enjoyed the feeling of driving in NFS world, even though my connection was too laggy.

    I've looked into NFS Heat, but the trial period seems to be over, I'm thinking about waiting till it goes on sale, but thought I would ask here to see if anyone would have any suggestions?
