    Supposedly your objective the whole game was to be able to join this race, and that the competitors where the "best drivers in the country", so much that you have to beat every single street crew in fortune valley to even have the chance

    Yet when i got there, it only asked me to select a race and offroad car, why make me defeat drift and drag specific crews if it's not something im going to use for this final race?

    Then the race started and... i was just driving alone, on hard difficulty these drivers were just in my rear view mirror after the first 15 seconds Mind you, i am still using the car i got at the start of the game, a lvl397 S2000, against supercars After the only thing that came even close to keeping up with me was the guy from the drag club, who stayed in my minimap for about 50 seconds, i won and it was just 3 races? I needed to beat at least 5 to win against a single crew then why only 3 Ok, second race, my offroad lvl395 rx7 is ready, we start, i floor it with nitrous and get to second, everyone behind me, supposedly best drivers in the country, fell of the edge, i pass the first and start making distance, ok, it's only natural they keep a little bit more here, since in offroad you cant get past 220kmph but then they call the police and pass my car going at full speed like it's nothing, wow they should've let these officers driving corvettes on dirt participate in the race instead as they clearly are better, no problem, i deal with them pushing me around like i weight just 5pounds and keep on racing, i have 500 metter advantage over the second guy and over a kilometer from the rest of the pack, airport cinematic and they just... are all in front of me for some reason? Ultimately it's not big deal since im going full speed and pass them inmedeately, won the race with no problems Final race of the game, who is it gonna be, what car could he be driving, what challenge do i need to overcome? Lina Navarro lmao Just 20 seconds after the race started i no longer see her in the minimap, all while she's just talking about how her car is modified with a super techy ai or something, that there is no way im winning, that i should give up or whatever, lmao girl at least wait till you're in a 500 meter radius from me, but if you really want to show me i'll be in the starbucks by the time you cross the finish line go visit me there Btw what was the collector's role during all of this? Get gold covered cars until we die of reticular cancer from looking at them?

    I've bought the game on Origin for a long ass time, and would prefer to not fork over more cash to EA to buy it a second time. Is it possible for me to transfer my game over to Steam possibly? Or is my only bet to attach the .exe to Steam?

    How did Cross arrest the whole Blacklist?.....a theory

    in the final pursuit in Most Wanted (2005) the player is contacted by Cross and he tells him that thanks to him they managed to arrest everyone on the Blacklist but i have always wondered how is that possible since we only see them manage to arrest Razor. so i did some research and I found the key is in pink slips.

    as we all know the prize for beating a blacklist racer is you get their pink slip in the USA the following is on a pink slip:

    1. Identifying information about the vehicle, normally at minimum its vehicle identification number, make, and year of manufacture.
    2. The license plate number.
    3. Technical information about the vehicle to define its taxation regime, e.g., its gross vehicle weight, motive power, and purchase price when new.
    4. The name and address of the purchaser or "registered owner" who would normally possess and use it.
    5. If money is owed on the vehicle, the name of the lienholder or "legal owner" to whom this money is owed.

    the key is number 4: the address of the owner

    so my theory on how Cross did arrest every blacklist racer goes like this:

    after hearing on the reputation of the player as a street racer, Cross decides he is the perfect honey trap to take down the blacklist. he assigns Mia to goad the player into challenging the blacklist by declaring to the blacklist he can take down Razor (she does this because i assume the police have psychological profiles on all the blacklist so they know how to push their buttons).

    during the first challenge against Razor, for unknown reasons oil starts to spill out of the players car. this causes the engine to seize up and stop. the player then loses the car to Razor and he becomes number one on the blacklist.

    this sets up the entire trap. you see if the player had won the first challenge against razor he would only be number 15 on the blacklist thus the police would only be able to arrest razor . and i doubt the player would challenge to go higher up on the blacklist as while the player character is meant to be a self insert. from we do get in the cutscenes is that the player on does races if challenged directly or if there is personal motive to do so. the player does come across a cocky or arrogant like the blacklist

    by Razor becoming the number 1 on the blacklist with players car not only does this setup a personal motive for the player to climb the blacklist but this also works out in the polices favour. now to go back number 4 the info on a pink slip "the address of the owner". so previously stated the challenge a blacklister you have to bet your care and if you win, you get the losers car. so as the player climbs the blacklist and gets the cars and the pink slips along with them. Mia, being a trusted friend of the player will obviously note the down the addresses of the blacklisters.

    thus when the player beats razor the second time around the cops have all the intell they need to track down the home addresses of the blacklists and arrest them. and thats why Cross managed to arrest all of the blacklisters thanks to Mia playing us like a fiddle...not that we mind

    Hi, I was really itching to play a good motorsports sim lately, but my PC is 5+ years old so re-downloaded shift 2 as I already had it in my library. The last time I played it, I had found some really good physics mods as well as some car mods, i think from nogripracing site which is currently down. Can anyone point me to some good mod sources, or some active forums for this game?
