    [HEAT] Chassis/tyre combination

    What's your preferred chassis/tyre combination?

    I run a maxed 3.8 V8 Evo 9, used to run Track w/ Drift tyres, but starting to play around with them. I found Showcase w/Race tyres is Very similar to my previous combination, great at cornering and drifts Just enough while maintaining speed.

    What do you use (for races) and why?

    NFS Heat (PC) - After the Got your back mission (the one where you beat up that cop car) my UI is gone, is that a bug or something with the story?

    After the mission there is a garage nearby, I go into it and all I see is my car and my driver, no button does ANYTHING and there is no UI.
    Idk if this is a bug or I need to do something ingame, this happened twice already with 2 different cars.

    Currently using a bodykit replacer for the RX-7 in ProStreet and the wheel placement looks weird. Is there any way to fix this? (Look at the rear wheel arch to see what I'm talking about.)

    I'm quite the old(school) gamer who enjoyed NFS 1 and 3 back in the day and sees the steam sale of newer titles, which one would you recommend?

    I especially liked the police car chase elements in both and the non-circular racetracks of TNFS. Which of the newer ones come the closest to that feeling? Haven't played any of them (or any racing game for that matter) since. The ones on sale are Rivals, Most wanted, Payback, and Need for speed deluxe edition

    Is it possible to create a no visual damage mod for Heat ?

    With the games` latest mod Project Unite, the game got an updated visual damage model...

    From all the mods that came with the game, the visual damage off mod never appeared ?

    Since its possible to make the cars take more visual damage, is it possible to lock it and not make any damage happen ???
