- I wanted to share this because until last night I didn’t realize that the “civic?” In the high stakes intro had a missing tail light or was built with only one tail light. I mean I know it makes the car less appealing which is the point but it’s just weird imo.
- Shouldn't a hypothetical "Underground 3" have no cops whatsoever? Would there be a backlash if it didn't have any?

| Posted: 02 Sep 2020 08:50 PM PDT So these days, police are a key factor in all NFS games and Ghost/Criterion know this. A lot of fans say 2015 was "Underground 3" but I beg to differ. Yes there are lots of elements in the game that are shared with Underground however there's just not enough. Personally, the Underground series are the only NFS games I got very far in and had a blast all the way. Heat was great until I did a few cop chases that were pretty much impossible to outplay which turned me off. The exact same thing happened to me with both Most Wanted games and they turned me off "punishing" open-world cops as a whole. People always clamour for an Underground 3 or UG2 remaster, but I feel there's a side of the NFS crowd that thinks NFS MUST have cop chases. How would you feel if Underground 3 released and it had no police whatsoever? Just the amazing underground/Hypebeast atmosphere, deep customisation of modern tuner cars and a beautiful nighttime city. Does NFS really need cops to excel? Especially when all 4 times Ghost cops failed to be a good balance? They're either too easy/nonexistent like Payback/2015 or way too hard like Heat/Rivals. [link] [comments] | ||
