    Hi. I just started playing heat and I can't work out how to progress with the story. I've done all the races I can do, and the next one says I need to be rep level 7 to unlock it. I'm rep level 4 and I can't get it any higher. So I'm just driving around aimlessly....

    Can anyone help?

    So I recently got the regera and it is a ton of fun. And I can beat and win pretty much every race and its top speed is UNPARALLELED!

    Which makes me question why no youtubers, or anyone in the community recommends it.

    My friend has a maxxed out RSR and we have times we are neck to neck but usually I end up defeating him and many times other RSR racers too. Which I understand is subjective to their skills so it doesn't prove that Regera is better than RSR but it does show that regera is good.

    And yeah i had some issues with handling until I put showcase tires on and boom. I'm drifting my way perfectly out of corners and everything.

    So based on all of this i am very much confused.

    Or is there a car or variant that can beat regera in all aspects that I just don't know about?

    Don't get this post wrong at all. Im really enjoying the story and even the multiplayer in this game! It's a massive step forward from.many lack luster titles previously.

    But the only thing I cannot fathom is the dirt racing aspect. My god this game mode is just rediculiously hard! Doesn't matter what upgrades you have the handling on any dirt car is non existent. Don't even dare hit rocks or anything or you will be trying to countersteer for the next 20 seconds while the AI fly's past you. I wish it had a rewind fuction like in the Forza Series, very easy to fall off the side due the car driving like it's on ice!

    Has anyone found a good solution to combat the dirt races?

    Thoughts on trucks/SUVs in NFS?

    I personally welcome them, if only because we can clearly see there are tons of performance-oriented trucks/SUVs, some of which have been included in recent NFS titles. I'd say the same of including them in Gran Turismo, as they've been in that series since at least GT4, but I digress.

    I do appreciate the current list of performance trucks/SUVs seen in the more recent NFS games, but I'd add just a couple more:

    • Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifolgio (We need more Alfa Romeo models in general - at least more than the Giulia Quadrifolgio.)

    • Aston Martin DBX (Especially alongside other Aston Martin models, both from prior installments and potentially new additions to NFS, like the Valkyrie or the new Vantage.)

    • Audi RSQ3 (I mean, we already have an SUV/crossover from BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Why not round out the trio?)

    • Bentley Bentayga (Especially if other Bentley cars make a return.)

    • Dodge Durango SRT (And why not?)

    • Dodge RAM Rebel (If only to round out the Ford F-150 Raptor and Chevrolet Colorado ZR2.)

    • Lamborghini Urus (It's a Lamborghini SUV.)

    • Porsche Cayenne Turbo S (Or the Macan, that's fine too.)

    • Toyota Tundra TRD Pro (Perhaps in addition to the American trio that I previously mentioned.)

    In most games the weight of a csr determines its damage. So I want to build a car that's fast and can wreck cops. And is good at off roading.

    It doesn't have to OP. Just fast enough to let me win high heat races and strong enough to take in cops.

    NFS Heat- Are trucks useless?

    Relatively new to the game, haven't played a NFS game in a while but I'm loving Heat! I'm getting into off road races now, so I bought and tuned up an F150 Raptor. When I attempted a few races I can't touch the cars that are in the lead. I transferred the off road and rally parts to a car instead, and now have no problem keeping up and winning races. Are the trucks in the game just a novelty and to add variety? Are there other race events further along that are truck-only? Or should I just sell the Raptor and say good riddance...

    EA needs to make a remastered version of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2. They made one for the original hot pursuit but hot pursuit 2 is the one I loved playing and I want to play it again. I really want this EA. Please. I wanna play as the F1 LM and go almost 200 on the straightaway on Costal Parklands, Get insanely mad on the knockout levels because I always get the helicopter and none of the CPU's get it. Being a policeman with the boys and taking down these perps by ramming into them and destroying their cars. EA. I need this now.

    Best NFS to buy if you like customizations?

    Hi.

    I've been a huge fan of NFS Underground 2 or 3, and a tiny bit of NFS 2015/2016 (I think its only called NFS).

    I like when u can customize cars alot but also have the option of free roam. I havnt looked so much into the latest NFS released, so which one do you think would fit me best?

    I've been looking a bit at NFS Heat, but I have a hard time when the screen gets blurry/moves a lot (dunno how to explain, hope you understand). For ex, when u press the gas it usually feels so "not realistic".

    Any tips on which NFS would match my criteria the best? Or is it any other games that are similar to my criterias who would fit me better?

    Payback started to lag bad

    I purchased Payback a few days ago and have been playing it since, my specs aren't great but the game has been running surprisingly well. Yet today all of a sudden it was lagging so bad that it was basically unplayable. Is this a common problem or is it something on my end? I don't know what could have caused the sudden performance drop.
